On the login screen, click the "forgotten password"-link.
If it isn't solvable by that because you deleted your email-account or something, put the link to 'this' account into the profile of the YT-account you link from @trell13. And then write a PM to Tom Fulp, the creator of Newgrounds and describe the issue to him:
